CNC Machine Operator

Overview

Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator , where you'll set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines to produce high-quality parts with a focus on tight-tolerance accuracy . This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (with the option for overtime), and is ideal for a hands-on machinist who takes pride in producing work that meets specifications-every time.

Required Skills

Experience setting up and operating CNC lathe and mill machines
Demonstrated ability to maintain tight tolerance control
Ability to read and follow blueprints, travelers, and work instructions
Strong attention to production accuracy and quality
Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasks
Experience operating Mori Seiki / Doosan machines with Fanuc control

Nice to Have Skills

Experience working with additional CNC machine brands or control systems beyond Fanuc
Experience machining parts that require especially detailed documentation and inspection
Proven ability to troubleshoot minor setup and production issues during operation

Preferred Education and Experience

Preferred: Relevant machining experience (specific education requirements were not provided)

Other Requirements

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM)
Overtime: Option available
Compensation: D.O.E (based on experience)
