As a Security Officer Healthcare Entry Monitor in Atlanta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location where you will monitor access points, verify credentials, and help support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. In this access control role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, check credentials, and/or guide visitors in accordance with location protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
• Assist with visitor management, badge issuance, and delivery screening while maintaining professional communication and supporting daily operations in a healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have 2 or more years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
