We specialize in integrating packaging equipment and conveying systems into cost‑effective, efficient plant designs. Responsibilities Design and develop electrical control systems for new and existing products. Create detailed electrical sensor layouts and generate electrical schematics for conveyor systems and other machines. Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices using Rockwell software. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system integration and performance. Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role requires a strong understanding of control systems, electrical engineering principles, and hands‑on experience with industrial automation. Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites for start‑ups and/or service items is required; travel is estimated at up to 35%. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Controls or Electrical Engineering (preferred). Five (5) or more years of experience in a similar or related role. Proven experience designing and implementing electrical control systems. Proficiency in programming PLCs (primarily Allen‑Bradley, etc.) and HMIs. Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts. Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
