Role Description The Jewelry Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based at the Jared Jewelers location in St Matthews, KY. This role is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and presenting jewelry options that align with their preferences and budget. Day-to-day activities include providing detailed product information, assisting with selection and sizing, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing showroom. The Jewelry Salesperson also handles customer inquiries, supports after-sales services such as cleanings or inspections, and participates in store promotions and events. Collaboration with team members to achieve sales goals while delivering a welcoming and inclusive customer experience is an essential part of this role. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to effectively drive revenue and meet individual and store targets. Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills to explain jewelry features, materials, care, and value propositions with confidence. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage customers, ask questions, and present options clearly and professionally. Candidates should possess outstanding Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, memorable, and respectful experience for every customer.
