Compensation $19.00 to $22.00 depending on experience and internal Carestream equity. *This range reflects Carestream's good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Position Summary Do you have at least 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, are excellent at assembling, disassembling, packing and following standard work process instructions? Position Responsibilities Ability to build Digital Radiography equipment and associated sub‑assemblies within quality requirements. Individual follows written "standard work" processes, accurately records data, and provides input/feedback during team discussions. When engaging with team members, this individual works effectively with others. This individual is reliable and complies with all company / departmental policies & regulations. FDA Audits, 5S, compliance. Operates with direct supervisory support. This position will require carefully unpacking/dis‑assembling parts and equipment, then packing/re‑assembly as per work instructions. Required Skills & Education HS or GED education 2+ years of warehouse, retrieving, unpacking and packing with minimal assembly, preferably for equipment Experience palletizing, using cranes, hand tools such as prybar and cordless drill are highly preferred Hours are Monday‑Friday 6AM to 2:30PM, with occasional overtime when trained Report on time to work, have a strong work ethic, and strong respect for others Attention to detail and follow standard work instructions perfectly Must be able to do the physical requirements as noted below Strong problem‑solving skills for carefully packing, unpacking, dis‑assembling and re‑assembly of parts and equipment Basic PC skills Willingness and ability to work individually or as part of a team Comply with cell phones are not permitted on the manufacturing floor Work Environment Manufacturing, Labs and Warehouse Physical Requirements Person must be willing and able to meet the following physical requirements: Standing: 51‑75% Walking: 76‑100% Sitting: 25‑50% Bending/Kneeling: 51‑75% Lifting up to 20 pounds: 51‑75% Lifting 20‑35 pounds: 25‑50% Lifting 35‑50 pounds: 1‑25% Lifting 50‑100 pounds: 1‑25% Carrying, Pushing or Pulling: 76‑100% Equal Opportunity Statement Carestream is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
