Responsibilities

• Join a busy surgical and medical ENT practice supporting Southwest Minnesota.

• Practice has a multidisciplinary approach, team includes full spectrum audiology services.

• Call Obligations: NPs/PAs first call cover M-F 8A to 5P; physicians call coverage equally rotated.

• Ability to work collectively with well-established referral resources to grow practice.

• Teaching and Research opportunities in conjunction with Mayo Clinic.

• Work in a state of the art facility. Mayo Clinic Health System Mankato's operative suite recently underwent a $70+ million dollar expansion . Future expansion projects underway.

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Otolaryngology.

• Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.

Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary range for surgical specialties may range from $307,250 to $843,000. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate may vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
