We are launching a brand-new Farmers Insurance District Office in Chicago, overseeing and supporting a network of Chicagoland insurance agencies.

We are hiring two Insurance Agency Recruiters to serve as a core pillar of our district leadership team. In this high-impact role as you will not be filling routine job openings. Instead, your mission is to source, vet, and secure high-caliber entrepreneurs to launch 7 new insurance agencies per year each (14 combined annually) across the Chicago and Chicagoland territory.

Launching a new agency is a rigorous entrepreneurial endeavor. Every candidate you bring in must meet strict, elite standards: they are required to establish a physical retail commercial location, build out a team of 4 licensed and appointed staff, and demonstrate proof of funds of $200,000.

This is primarily an in-office, high-volume telephone, and video-conferencing role centered around relentless candidate generation and complete lifecycle management. You will live on the phone and in Zoom meetings—conducting outbound calls, screening applicants, running interviews, and guiding candidates step-by-step through the complex journey from initial contact to contract day.

You will cultivate lasting bonds with your agents even after the contract is signed, maintaining a vital, ongoing bridge between the district office and our growing agency base.

• High-Volume Outbound Sourcing: Execute a daily commitment of 100 outbound reaches via phone, email, referrals, and targeted executive networks to source top-tier sales professionals, B2B leaders, and franchise buyers.
• Screening & Vetting: Conduct a minimum of 40 initial screenings per week , oversee background check completions, and qualify candidates against strict criteria including $200,000 proof of funds.
• Full Lifecycle Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end candidate journey, including scheduling second interviews with the District Manager, navigating contract execution, and guiding candidates through our pre-signing training program.
• Financial & P&L Modeling: Work hands-on with prospective owners on agency operations math and P&L management for their startup businesses.
• Real Estate & Site Sourcing: Assist prospective agency owners in sourcing commercial retail sites and help guide negotiations with real estate brokers.
• Talent & Staffing Support: Help newly sourced agents recruit and secure their initial core team of producers alongside the agency launch process. (Screenings for these roles count toward your 40 a week screening quota.)
• Post-Contract Relationship Management: Maintain authentic, long-term relationships with the agency owners you recruit, serving as a trusted foundational connection between the field and district leadership.

• Professional Background: Proven track record in high-volume executive recruiting, B2B sales leadership, franchise sales, financial advisory management, or high-end business development.
• Phone & Dialing Discipline: Unmatched comfort and stamina on the phone, maintaining strict daily activity minimums of 100 dials or outreaches and a pace to hit 40 completed screens per week.
• Business & Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of small business P&L management, commercial real estate dynamics, and entrepreneurial startups.

• Base Salary: $60,000 per year.
• Bonus Structure: Equal share of the district’s total performance bonus pool received from Farmers Insurance, split evenly among all district employees (both ABCs and both Recruiters).
