Position Overview

We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. This part-time role offers exceptional flexibility (5-10 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as our program expands). The position is ideal for a psychiatrist seeking meaningful outpatient work, professional respect, and a collaborative environment-with the convenience of a flexible schedule and a manageable caseload.

On-site work is required for initial patient meetings, but telehealth and hybrid arrangements are possible for follow-up care and consultations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations for adult clients
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
• Offer clinical consultation and supervision to our clinical team
• Participate in case reviews and contribute to individualized treatment planning
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant documentation in our EHR system
• Maintain a client-centered, trauma-informed approach
• Help shape and grow our clinical programs through your expertise

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO, licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania
• Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry (required)
• Completion of at least 3 years of psychiatry residency
• Current DEA certification for prescribing Schedule II-V medications
• ASAM (Addiction Medicine) certification is a plus, but not required
• Experience working in outpatient, addiction, or community mental health settings is highly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high ethical standards, quality care, and ongoing professional development
