Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 13–26 Weeks | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with the plan of care
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week, with treatments typically scheduled at 2 per hour and evaluations at 1 hour
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using the Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Complete required pre-assignment onboarding modules prior to the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another setting post-clinicals
• Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
• Availability for evening shifts up to 7:30 PM at least 2 days per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing a high-volume outpatient caseload
• Familiarity with productivity-based outpatient clinic environments
