What You'll Bring to the Team Previous experience in working in veterinary medicine is required; previous management experience in veterinary medicine strongly preferred. Proven experience managing a P&L strongly preferred. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
