Experienced Hair Stylist – Drybar Harker Heights (Grand Opening Team)
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $35 – $48 per hour (includes base pay, tips, bonuses, and retail commission)
Location: Drybar Harker Heights
Drybar is more than just blowouts. We're on a mission to make people feel confident and beautiful — inside and out. At Drybar Harker Heights, we're assembling a high-energy team of experienced stylists to help us launch our brand-new location opening August 8th.
Our stylists average $35–$48/hour, made up of: Base pay of $13–$15/hr Tips (a significant % of each service) $5–$10 bonus for every membership you help sign up 10% retail commission 1 client serviced per hour on average 30-minute lunch with no more than 8 hours per shift
Perform amazing blowouts and styling (no cuts or color!) Deliver a top-tier guest experience every time Recommend products and memberships confidently Work efficiently and professionally with teammates
Valid cosmetology license At least 1 year of experience behind the chair Weekend availability (minimum 3 weekends/month) Professionalism, reliability, and a great attitude Team players who thrive in a branded, fast-paced space
Paid Drybar certification training Tools and products provided during every shift Discounts on Drybar products
