Outpatient Family Medicine Position

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become a part of our supportive and expanding team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza . This role presents an exceptional outpatient-only opportunity within a contemporary, multi-specialty clinic recognized for its commitment to delivering high-quality and innovative healthcare.

• Collaborate with a team of 5 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Focus on outpatient-only, comprehensive Family Medicine
• Call schedule: 1:8, phone consultations only with nurse triage; no hospital responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling options to promote a healthy work-life balance
• Single clinic location; hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Opportunities for participation in quality improvement initiatives and clinic leadership roles
• Recently renovated, state-of-the-art facility
• Onsite services including urgent care, laboratory, and imaging
• Engage in telehealth and digital health innovation projects

• Two-year income guarantee: $290,191 per year , along with production incentives and longevity bonuses
• Bonus package totaling $150,000
