32 hour minimum per 4 weeks

32 weekend minimum per quarter (3 months)

The CT Technologist Flex A agrees to float within assigned hospitals throughout Corewell Health East. (Dearborn, Trenton, Taylor and Wayne.) This position is scheduled and reports to the Corewell Health East Flex Office located at Beaumont Service Center. Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures performs diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment. Technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation while applying ALARA principles of radiation protection. Scope of work

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience clinical experience. Must demonstrate proficiency through competency testing in CT technology essential duties eligible for floating Required
• CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excludes team members hired prior to 2008. 1 Year required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
