We're seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Instructional Assistant to support students and teachers in a preschool/special education setting.

About the Role
We're seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Instructional Assistant to support students and teachers in a preschool/special education setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with instruction, IEP goals, and behavioral strategies
- Support students with academics, social skills, and daily living activities
- Assist with toileting, feeding, hygiene, lifting, and mobility
- Monitor students and equipment for safety
- Document student progress and maintain records
- Provide support with assistive/augmentative communication
- Transport students to activities or appointments as needed
- Participate in required training and professional development
- High School Diploma
- Associate's Degree, 60 college credit hours, or valid Paraprofessional Certification
- Current Arizona Driver's License
- CPR, First Aid & Crisis Intervention certification, or ability to obtain
- ASL or Braille skills a plus
