What You’ll Be Doing As a frontline representative of our brand, you will service, diagnose, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems across West Orlando. Master Diagnostics & Repair : Troubleshoot complex electrical and refrigerant issues using advanced diagnostic tools (gauges, voltmeters, leak detectors, airflow instruments). Precision Installations : Install split systems, package units, ductwork, smart thermostats, and related components with clean, professional craftsmanship. Preventative Excellence : Perform thorough maintenance (brazing/soldering, cleaning coils, clearing drain lines, calibrating components) to ensure maximum system longevity. Customer Advocacy : Confidently educate homeowners and small business owners on system upgrades, maintenance best practices, and options that enhance comfort and efficiency. Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential and/or light commercial). EPA Section 608 Certification. Completion of formal HVAC training or an accredited apprenticeship program. Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record. Your own standard set of HVAC hand tools and meters.
