$45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring each interaction is warm and welcoming.
• Oversee daily front office operations, maintaining a seamless flow from check-in to check-out, and addressing any guest concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and drive team performance.
• Train, mentor, and develop front desk staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Monitor and manage room inventory, ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests and meet our high standards.
• Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions that elevate service quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and managing a front desk team in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Proven track record of collaborating with management to enhance guest satisfaction and team performance.
• Strong skills in training, mentoring, and developing staff to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Proficiency in managing room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Experience in coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality.
• Ability to analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify and implement service improvements.
