Automotive Finance Manager

Walt Massey Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join a dealer group that values its people and rewards proven talent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the entire F&I process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications.
• Complete all necessary documentation and customer contracts in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the sales desk and management.
• Train and motivate team members while bringing a positive attitude to the floor.
• Present and sell F&I products with confidence as part of an excellent customer experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager. This is not an entry-level or trainee position.
• A strong, proven PVR.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Familiarity with dealership operations.
• The ability to close deals while keeping customers happy and coming back.

WHAT YOU GET

• Compensation: $125,000–$250,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
