Previous Experience Behind the Bar – You’ve expertly crafted and served alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in a high‑energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting. What you will do in the role Role and Interaction with Players: Greet Players with energy and personality—create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they’ll love. Core Operations: Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection, while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll—from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Collaboration: Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top‑notch service by going the extra inch—ensuring every Player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf Way. Safety & Sanitation: Commit to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant. Physical Requirements Lift and Move Things: Comfortable handling items up to 50 lb., and able to lift, bend, stoop, and carry as needed. On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the shift. Active Tasks: Engage in a variety of physical activities from task to task. Endurance: Maintain pace in a high‑volume working environment. *This role requires that you must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
