Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and train Tier 1 Forklift Operators
- Load and unload trailers according to customer specifications
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect inbound and outbound inventory for accuracy and quality
- Stack, store, and pick inventory (including mixed pallets)
- Use RF scanners and follow scanner processes
- Audit paperwork to ensure packing lists match shipments
- Assist with workflow planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring
- Prepare pallets for shipment (wrapping, banding, etc.)
- Perform forklift inspections and ensure proper equipment maintenance
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company, customer, and safety guidelines
- Step in as needed to support daily warehouse operations
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs
- Occasional climbing, crouching, kneeling, and manual case picking
- Moderate to high noise levels
- Indoor work with occasional outdoor exposure
- Exposure to varying temperatures based on weather
- Must be able to work near to others
