Primary Care Physician

The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered health care services within a concierge medicine model. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care through extended visit times, smaller patient panel sizes, and a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine exams, assessments, and preventive screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and manage personalized care plans
• Prescribe medications and coordinate treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO required)
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active, unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)
• 520 years of outpatient primary care experience required
• Demonstrated commitment to continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Must meet all federal, state, and local credentialing requirements

• 100% outpatient setting; no inpatient responsibilities

• Competitive compensation: $200,000 $350,000 + benefits
