M&A/Corporate Development Associate (New Jersey)

Overview High-growth financial services/investment advisory firm is looking for a CorpDev/M&A Associate to join its team. This role will be focused on supporting deals with financial modeling, valuation, pitch book creation, and due diligence. This is an incredibly high-exposure role for someone looking to jumpstart their career in the world of M&A/CorpDev. Role will be hybrid, with offices based in Northern NJ (commutable from NYC). Responsibilities Financial modeling Pitch book preparation Industry and market research Valuation analysis Market research Due diligence gathering Ideal Candidate / Qualifications 3+ years of M&A Investment Banking, corporate development (CorpDev), or management consulting experience Strong financial modeling acumen Strong technical skills and knowledge of AI tools Additional Notes Seeking candidates with a minimum of 2-4 years in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development. #J-18808-Ljbffr Henderson Scott US
