Senior System Administrator

The Senior ERP & NetSuite System Administrator will manage, configure, and continuously improve enterprise business systems, including NetSuite and ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle. This position serves as a senior escalation point for complex system issues and is responsible for system configuration, security, access controls, change management, integrations, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Administer and configure ERP and NetSuite environments, including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, fields, approvals, custom records, and reporting. Manage system security, role design, permissions, and periodic user access reviews. Support IT audits by maintaining controls, preparing documentation, coordinating evidence, and managing access recertification. Oversee system changes from requirements and configuration through testing and production release. Configure and support standard system integrations while partnering with development teams on custom integrations. Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Establish administration standards, maintain system documentation, and mentor other system administrators. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of hands-on ERP and/or NetSuite system administration experience. Advanced experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms; experience across multiple systems is preferred. Strong experience with system configuration, roles and permissions, workflows, approvals, access controls, change management, and data integrity. Experience translating business processes and requirements into effective system configurations. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams. Relevant ERP, NetSuite, or system administration certifications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
