An established community hospital on Florida’s Treasure Coast is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a high-functioning emergency department with strong specialty support, daily APP coverage, and flexible scheduling. The emergency department sees approximately 60,000 annual visits and features 42 beds, with planned expansion to add additional ED beds.This opportunity offers a strong compensation package, including $450,000 compensation, night differential, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Physicians will practice in a collaborative setting with EPIC EMR, certified stroke and heart services, and access to excellent subspecialty backup. Responsibilities Provide emergency medicine care in a busy, community-based emergency department with a balanced mix of acuity.Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of emergent and urgent conditions.Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, hospital leadership, and consulting specialists to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.Document encounters accurately in EPIC and support quality, throughput, and patient experience initiatives. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.ABEM or AOBEM certification/eligibility required.Strong clinical skills and a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced emergency department setting.Facility and CommunityThe hospital is a 332-bed, award-winning, not-for-profit community facility with nearly 50 medical specialties and subspecialties working in integrated teams to provide collaborative, patient-centered care.
