This role provides technical leadership across workflow automation, platform integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise payment capabilities while partnering with product and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. The position also plays a key role in developing engineering talent, establishing technical standards, and driving strategic technology initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, support, and enhancement of Move Money workflows, including Checks, ACH, Journals, Wires, and Complex Retirement solutions.Provide technical leadership for integrations across platforms and vendors, including IFS, payment technologies, and enterprise systems.Establish and promote engineering standards, architecture patterns, coding best practices, and software development processes.Mentor and develop engineering teams through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Drive execution of strategic technology initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and technology roadmaps.Support the adoption of cloud-native architectures, automation, CI/CD practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.Monitor platform performance, reliability, scalability, and operational effectiveness while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to technology strategy, platform modernization efforts, and long-term architectural planning.What Are We Looking For?We're looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
