Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of fixtures, piping, and appliances. Diagnose plumbing issues accurately using advanced tools and techniques and recommend effective solutions to homeowners. Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and prevent accidents. Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining plumbing issues to homeowners, presenting service options, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and homeowner communication. Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to coordinate service calls, prioritize tasks, and meet client needs and expectations. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Qualifications Residential, Journeyman or Master Plumber License required. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed residential plumber, with a proven track record of success in residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, equipment, and materials. Excellent problem‑solving abilities with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
