Job Summary Responsible for executing Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, cross‑selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs. Also responsible for merchandise returns, exchanges, pick‑ups, and general customer service inquiries. Provides excellent and efficient member service. Responsibilities Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned. Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance. Sell BJ’s membership products to potential new and existing members with high energy and determination. Drive toward goal achievement defined by business established benchmarks and results. Understand BJ’s Membership options and Co‑Brand credit card. Deliver superior customer service to members, serving as first line point‑of‑contact regarding membership, credit card applications, general questions, issues, merchandise returns, exchanges, product lookup and pick‑ups. Follow tax‑exempt/resale membership policies for renewal processes, monitoring renewal and status. Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner. Escalate issues to PIC and MOD when necessary. Assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members. Maintain all club policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed. Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance. Member Service Standards Deliver service excellence through all points of contact. Resolve and deescalate to address every member concern. Ensure a safe and positive environment and experience for the members. Commit daily to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA); Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean. Club Standards Work with commitment and pride to deliver GOLD‑Grand opening look daily. All items stocked and promotional plans executed. Maintain visible accurate signage. Clean and organized, inside and out. Knowledge & Analysis Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department. See the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact it can have on the business. Qualifications Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred. Results driven with proven success in goal achievement. Basic math skills preferred. Computer proficiency preferred. Environmental Job Conditions Work in stationary position on hard surfaces; may need to reach, bend, stoop, lift, move up to 30 pounds. Occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance. Located in comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises. May be occasional contact with cleaning agents. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. The pay range is $18.25 - $22.36.
