Founding Engineer (Hardware Engineer)

One of our core focuses is helping AIs design and build complex hardware better than humans.

To that end, we are hiring highly skilled engineers in almost all non-software domains, with particular focus on those with extensive CAD/CAM software experience.

AI/software experience is not necessary.

Preferred Qualifications (Please apply even if you do not have all):

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc. or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in your field of engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software and experience with engineering data analysis
• Proven expertise in engineering simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge in core engineering principles, fundamental mechanics of composite materials, design, analysis, testing, and fabrication
• Extensive experience with parametric modelers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

We prefer that your timezone overlaps within +/- 5 hours of Pacific Time (California). xhyhwjd However, this is not a strict requirement.

Salary range: $200k-$400k+
