Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, operate material handling equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the fulfillment process. Responsibilities Inventory & Fulfillment Operations
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from carriers.
- Unload deliveries and verify shipment accuracy against receiving documentation.
- Perform inventory counting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Review and process parts according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assign, store, and audit inventory locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support picking, kitting, packing, staging, and shipping activities.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively, including:
- Forklifts
- Electronic Pallet Jacks (EPJs)
- Reach Trucks
- Turret Trucks
- Move, store, and stage parts, materials, containers, and inventory throughout the facility.
- Follow all equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance procedures.
- Accurately document receipts, inventory transactions, and work orders.
- Enter and maintain inventory data within warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Navigate system modules to review, update, and track inventory and fulfillment activities.
- Ensure all inventory is properly labeled and identifiable throughout the workflow.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Identify workflow issues, potential defects, and operational bottlenecks.
- Escalate concerns proactively and participate in root cause analysis activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through problem-solving and process enhancement recommendations.
- Determine appropriate packaging requirements for parts and materials.
- Package, wrap, and store products according to established procedures.
- Prepare inventory for shipment while ensuring proper handling and protection.
- 2+ years of experience in fulfillment center, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling operations.
- Experience with inventory receiving, storage, counting, and shipping processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and data entry procedures.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks, or willingness to complete required training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and deriving inventory requirements.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, aerospace, distribution, or large-scale fulfillment environments.
- Forklift certification or prior powered industrial truck operation experience.
- Experience with receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, and shipping functions.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and inventory auditing processes.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow safe material handling and equipment operating practices.
- Participate in required safety training and compliance activities.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
