Shop Technician (GA, Marietta)

At Five Star Breaktime Solutions, our Warehouse Labor Technician will do a variety of tasks within the warehouse to help keep the area organized and clean for daily production.

Warehouse Laborer responsibilities include:

• Move large items with forklift/pallet jack/hand truck.
• Operate a pressure washer.
• Assist in the warehouse as needed.
• Keeping a clean work area; performs job safely and engages in job duties to ensure the safety of others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintenance experience (preferred)
• Dismantle vending machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
• Maintains proper inventory of machine parts on maintenance truck and warehouse
• Perform complex and routine maintenance & cleaning on equipment at warehouse
• Visually inspects and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions

Requirements:

• Must have a Highschool diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift 25lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.
• Work in a climate-controlled environment.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen.
• Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
• Preferred experience in a warehouse environment.
• Preferred experience using a Forklift and/or Pallet Jack to load/unloading trucks.
• Experience working with refrigeration systems
• Prior experience working with machines and electrical maintenance with the purpose of repair/installs

Position Information:

• Status: Full-Time
• Work Shift: Monday-Friday (7am-4pm)
• Pay Rate: $20/hr + (based on experience)
