Office Services
Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
3 Month Contract (Temp to Hire)
Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Perform wide-format and production finishing including cutting, binding, core binding books, and final QC
- Operate high-volume copiers and production print equipment
- Handle shipping and receiving, including packing, labeling, and checking packing slips
- Perform bindery, scanning, and imaging tasks
- Stock paper, replace toner, clear paper jams, and perform basic troubleshooting
- Escalate equipment issues to service technicians as needed
- Maintain daily logs, meter readings, and supply inventories
- Distribute mail, office supplies, and completed jobs to designated locations
- Provide customer service support and answer job status inquiries
- Assist with meeting room setups, reception coverage, and light maintenance as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of copier and production areas
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related experience in office services, print, copy, mailroom, or production environments
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Ability to read and follow written and technical instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
