Duties

Help

Directs business plan performance through statistical analysis of workload, population demand, and clinical operations, and develops solutions to optimize health care delivery.

Balances full spectrum of resource, clinical, contract management and administrative functions to achieve the best possible patient care.

Represents NMCSD and provides executive-level leadership at MTF, Pacific Rim Network (DHN-2) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) level meetings.

Leverages systems (EHR, FMIS, M2, DEERS, HDI, CarePoint, TOC, MHS Genesis) to gather data and provide leadership with fact-based decision options.

Gathers and reports monthly and annual data for fiscal, statistical, and planning purposes.

Oversees development and implementation of revenue enhancement strategies for existing practice(s).
