Power Platform Technical Liaison

Acting as Power Platform technical liaison between different stakeholders. Leading the development and implementation of a governance strategy and framework for DSS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Understanding the Power Platform environments strategy and ensuring compliance with the DSS governance strategy. Providing technology guidance, road maps, principles, standards, and best practices. Implementing a technical architecture, governance framework, and best practices to develop efficient solutions, product capabilities and repeatable processes. Serving as primary platform architect and technical lead for Dynamics 365 and M365 Power Platform suite. Working on complex projects and solutions that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized architecture domains. Analyzing 3rd-party products to document overall solution and system architectures, and identity/permissions security models. Contributing to the Product features roadmaps and to DSS's Power Platform Community of Practice. Ensuring high-quality platform deliverables in accordance with the platform roadmap and capabilities. Defining delivery documentation including best practices, design, build and operations guides, as well as the management processes and procedures. Leading efforts in defining, documenting and estimating for enterprise applications. Aligning architecture strategy with business goals. Developing and communicating architectural policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures. Promoting the governance framework, outcomes, and results to the organization and senior leadership. Reviewing and/or analyzing and developing architectural requirements as needed for the organization. Ensuring the conceptual completeness of the technical solutions. Tackling complex and ambiguous problems that span numerous systems and organizations. Collaborating with project management and IT leaders to ensure progress towards architectural alignment with project goals and requirements. Resolving conflict productively across teams.
