The Opportunity

The ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program is how we build the next group of top agents. It is a focused 10-week immersion designed for individuals ready to launch a career in commercial real estate brokerage, trained directly by ELIFIN's Sales Manager and the top producers in our market. This program is built for people already licensed or obtaining their license during the program , who are ready to go all in on building a career as a professional CRE agent.

We are opening up a maximum of six (6) spots in the October 5, 2026 class.

What You'll Do

As an ELIFIN® Apprentice, you will start building the habits, disciplines, and knowledge base that allow new agents to perform at a high level from day one. Over the 10-week program, you will:

• Train directly with ELIFIN's Sales Manager and our top-producing agents
• Become an expert in your specialized area of focus
• Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle
• Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling
• Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours
• Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development
• Work alongside high performers who move fast and expect excellence
• Push yourself harder than in any other job you're considering taking out of school

This is an action-driven , high-intensity environment built to prepare you to succeed as a full-time agent. It is not an internship. There is no busy work. You are not doing tasks for someone else. You are building yourself.

Who This Program Is For

You are an ideal candidate for our apprenticeship if you align with the following:

Demographic

• Recent college graduate or current student in your final semester
• Prior sales experience is a plus (CRE preferred but not required)
• Able to live without guaranteed income for the 6 months of ramp time as a new commission-only agent, without working a second job. Success in CRE brokerage requires you to go all in and be totally focused. Our top producers earn well into six figures and beyond.

Each agent specializes in a certain type of property and location ranging from selling multi-million-dollar apartment buildings to leasing retail space out to the city's hottest new restaurant.
