Job Responsibilities Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency Qualifications RBT Certification or 40 hour course Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required) Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required) The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families Must pass a criminal background check Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges Pay: $25-$30 per hour Job Type: Part and full Time positions.
