About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate VP & Deputy Treasurer to play a pivotal role in the strategic advancement of its treasury function. The successful candidate will be a key financial leader, driving innovation in financial management, technology enablement, and data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for overseeing the company's capital structure, liquidity management, banking relationships, debt portfolio, and treasury operations, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, risk management, and service delivery. The Associate VP and Deputy Treasurer will also be instrumental in modernizing treasury processes, leveraging emerging technologies, and optimizing financial systems to support the company's strategic priorities. Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree or MBA, and have a minimum of 8-10 years' of leadership experience in treasury, banking, finance, or capital markets. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of financial risk management, advanced analytical capabilities, and a proven track record in leading digital transformation and technology-enabled process improvement. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly Workday Financials, and a background in financial technologies, including AI and automation, are highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead change, engage stakeholders, and build high-performing teams in a complex organizational environment.
