Hybrid Early-Stage Mortgage Collections II

Carrington Mortgage Services in Plano, TX seeks an Early Stage Collections Specialist II for a hybrid schedule. You will counsel borrowers on ways to bring loans current, negotiate payment plans, and support inbound customer service on busy days. You will evaluate borrowers’ financial situations, explain workout options (modifications, payoff plans, short sales, and refinancing where possible), and escalate complex cases to Loss Mitigation as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Carrington
