Compensation: $80,000–$150,000 DOE

About the Role
Estes Park Tire & Auto is hiring an Automotive Technician & Mechanic for our Estes Park, CO shop. This opportunity is perfect for technicians living in Loveland who want a rewarding career in a family-owned, high-volume mountain shop with competitive pay and steady work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and suspension systems on a wide variety of vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Use diagnostic tools to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues
- Communicate repair findings clearly with service staff and customers
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and parts used
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on automotive technician or mechanic experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and modern repair tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ASE certifications a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$150,000 annual earning potential, depending on experience
