Revenue & Compensation

As a Pro Fleet Independent Contractor, you'll receive:

70% of linehaul revenue
86% of the fuel surcharge (FSC)
70% of detention pay
Weekly settlements

Truck Payment Protection

If you're unable to work three or more days during a payroll week due to WEL-related issues , you may qualify for:

One-half truck payment credit
Available once per month (additional approvals available through committee review)

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Qualified Independent Contractor or Owner-Operator
Approved for WEL's Pro Fleet Independent Contractor program
Ability to operate under a revenue-sharing agreement
Safe driving record

Willingness to accept agreed-upon freight commitments
