Mental Health Patient Safety Aide - Vigilant Observation

RIVERSIDE HEALTH INC

Riverside Health in Hampton, Virginia, is seeking a Patient Safety Aide to ensure the safety of patients through constant observation and support. This role involves working closely with patients to prevent self-harm and providing comprehensive customer service. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and preferably one year of experience in Behavioral Health. Required certifications include CPR/BLS, First Aid, and Certified Crisis Prevention.
