Staff Attorney - Immigrant Rights Advocate (Hybrid)

A nonprofit immigration legal services organization is seeking a Staff Attorney to directly represent immigrant children in legal proceedings such as asylum cases. The Staff Attorney will supervise and mentor pro bono attorneys, contribute to the organization’s mission, and work collaboratively within a team. Candidates must possess a J.D. degree, preferably be admitted to the New York State Bar, and have two years of relevant legal experience.
