Front Desk Coordinator

Overview We are looking for a friendly, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to join the team at Lombardi Plastic Surgery Center — a well-established, patient-centered practice where clinical excellence meets exceptional service. As the face of our practice, you will set the tone for every patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role offers genuine variety across scheduling, patient flow, billing support, and records management, all within a collaborative and professional environment. Key Benefits Health: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance + mental health and wellbeing support Retirement: 401(k) with company match Time Off: Paid time off and paid company holidays Perks: Premier pricing on retail and services, company-paid life insurance, various voluntary insurance options Compensation Range: $20-$25 per hour What You’ll Do Provide a concierge level of service — making each encounter with our patients amazing Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and warmth Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately Complete data entry and scan documents into the electronic health record Confirm appointments and follow up on missed or cancelled appointments to reschedule patients Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times What We’re Looking For Required Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology; plastic surgery and med-spa terminology a plus Strong computer and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail Collaborative team player who treats patients and co-workers with respect Empathetic with patients’ needs and concerns Highly dependable and professional Flexibility to work across all locations based on business needs Preferred 3+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of medical terminology knowledge 3+ years of computer skills Electronic health record experience; Nextech EMR experience a plus About Us & Location Lombardi Plastic Surgery Center is a well-established, patient-centered practice in Monmouth County, NJ — conveniently located between New York City and Philadelphia, with easy highway and rail access.
