Asghar Law is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida . This is a full-time, in-person position for an attorney with prior immigration law experience who is comfortable handling a diverse range of immigration matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting briefs, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents for Immigration Court proceedings
• Representing clients at immigration hearings, interviews, and meetings
• Preparing and submitting immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation
• Preparing responses to Requests for Evidence and other immigration-related challenges
• Conducting legal research and developing appropriate case strategies
• Communicating clearly with clients regarding their cases, legal options, and next steps
• Working collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to provide a high level of client service

• Prior experience practicing immigration law
• Experience with immigration matters including family-based, employment-based, investment visas, and Immigration Court proceedings
• Active bar license in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases, responsibilities, and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to professional, ethical, and compassionate representation
