Location: 4932 I-30 West Frontage Road, Caddo Mills, TX 75135

Shift: 1st shift Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

We're seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our established rubber recycling facility. This role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a consistent schedule. What You'll Do:

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for:

• Safely operating sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately
• Transporting materials to production and warehouse areas as needed
• Performing routine forklift inspections and reporting any equipment issues
• Maintaining inventory organization and proper material storage practices
• Assisting with general warehouse and production support tasks
• Following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Ability to safely handle and transport heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE provided.
