Based in Eden Prairie, MN, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will lead collection efforts for a designated portfolio within our Accounts Receivable Shared Services team, which supports 36 businesses across the United States and Canada.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Manage a team of direct reportsBe responsible for goal setting and performance managementDirect work in a way to ensure payment on time of open A/R, minimize past due A/R and maximize overall DSO performanceInteract with high level management staff at assigned businessesLead regular meetings with staff and assigned businesses on performance-related objectivesRaise awareness of management and leadership issues impacting overall A/R performanceExercise significant independent judgment and discretion in making decisions that will have significant impact on internal/external customersCoach and aid direct reports in their professional developmentConduct periodic site visits to review performance with business leadershipParticipate in and is responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements used by management and executive leadershipWho You Are:You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography.
