Join us and help drive the future of technology forward.The OpportunityThe Lead Software Engineer will build and operate cloud-based applications in an efficient, safe, and compliant manner. We maintain a global view of cloud adoption and leverage infrastructure as code to engineer a cloud platform providing self-service capabilities and metrics to drive desired behaviors around financial operations, security posture, and overall good hygiene for cloud-based applications.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong experience on technical solution architecture and enterprise architectureDeliver fit for purpose, secure, scalable, solution architectures in an agile framework that evolves with the line of business by collaborating with AD, business, and engineering teams.Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.Implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including deployment, configuration, and monitoring.Work with containerization platforms such as Docker and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes preferred).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, QA, DevOps, UI/UX) in an Agile environment.Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, and support continuous improvement.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.Required Qualifications6 - 8+ years of overall experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent degree type.Strong hands-on experience in Python. Proven experience in building highly secure REST APIs and integration with different platformsKnowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.Solid understanding of application design and architecture, system integration, and data flows.Strong experience with Azure cloud services (including most of the following: Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure SQL, API Management, Key Vault, etc.).Preferred QualificationsExperience on Generative AI (Langchain, Langgraph), Development in GitHub Enterprise, GitHub CoPilot.Working knowledge of Agile, CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps or similar tooling.Knowledge of FastAPI and any ASGI server.Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, delivering, and architecting enterprise solutions.Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.The expected salary range for this position is$105,000 - $155,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
