Position Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Front Counter Sales & Service Advisor to join our team. As the face of 208 Tire, you will consult with customers, help them choose the right wheel and tire packages, build quotes for mechanical services, and coordinate workflow with our technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and consult on their tire, wheel, and auto repair needs.
• Educate customers on wheel/tire fitment, performance options, and suspension setup recommendations.
• Prepare accurate estimates for tires, wheels, suspension work, and general mechanical services.
• Schedule appointments and update customers on the status of their vehicles throughout the day.
• Work closely with the shop foreman and technicians to ensure timely job completion.
• Manage shop inventory, process payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming front counter/showroom area.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ years of experience in automotive retail sales, customer service, or service advising (preferred).
• Knowledge of tires, wheels, offset/fitments, and basic automotive mechanical systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with customers.
• Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) software and basic computer tools. Experience with TekMetric a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
