What You'll Do: Repair and maintain industrial pipes and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Replace valves, fittings, and pipe components as needed. Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs to prevent failures and extend equipment lifespan. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment. Keep work areas clean and organized, promoting a safe and orderly environment. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics and piping systems. Ability to operate hand and power tools accurately. Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly. Excellent safety awareness and adherence to safety standards. Nice-to-Have Skills: Basic electrical system knowledge. Previous experience in industrial maintenance roles. Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints. Preferred Education and Experience: Technical education or a high school diploma, preferably with certifications in industrial maintenance. At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial or manufacturing settings. Other Requirements: Availability to work flexible hours and shifts if necessary.
