Essential Position Functions/Responsibilities Schedules service work for efficient and productive work outcomes Greets customers in a timely friendly manner Documents accurate description of customer complaints References vehicle history, warranty coverage, open campaigns, etc. Creates and communicates estimates cost and time to repair to customer Obtains customer PO or documented approval and signatures from customer Explains repairs to customers on a timely basis Audits repair orders for completion (customer pay and warranty ROs) and closes RO within 2 days of last touch by a technician Updates customers on repair status Issues PO’s to vendors and processes accounts payable invoices Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries in a professional manner Handles after hours breakdown calls Maintains professional appearance Keeps work area clean Other duties to meet business requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Rihm Family Companies
