SCHEDULE:


Position Summary:

The functions of the Sales Administrator are to implement the plans and policies of the sales department; to provide team assistance in field-sales rep management, contract compliance and to manage, organize and control operations of assigned tasks.

Essential Functions:

• Provide administrative assistance to sales management and staff as needed: including but not limited to sales reports, sales rep support etc.
• Manage Term Contracts: new contracts, reporting, and sending out new price list.
• Contract Reporting compliances: Ensure all required sales data and subsequent payments are reported in a timely manner.
• Manage all aspects of the RepLink sales resources site; including reports, newsletters, staff photos and other requests from the Education or Marketing Staff.
• Assist in completing bids. Manage completing bids.
• Assist with planning and executing the National Sales Meeting.
• Special projects as requested by National Sales Manager and Customer Service Manager.
• Support customer service functions and assist the Customer Service team.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• A two-year degree and/or related work experience that match the requirements of this position are beneficial. A high school diploma is required.
• Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. are required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with telephone etiquette skills.
• Ability to function within a team concept and demonstrate positive and cooperative behavior with customers and co-workers.
• Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance. Standard work hours are M-F, 8-5 pm. Occasional overtime work may be required. Occasional travel may be required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to effectively provide high-level customer service to a large volume of
  work in a timely and high-quality manner

Encompasses the full spectrum from factory floor, to personal offices, to executive board rooms. The noise levels in these work environments are usually low to moderate.
