This all starts with our greatest asset…our employees.As a Rental Specialist, you will serve as a customer service representative for Power Rental. This position will handle both walk in and over the phone customer requests for their power rental needs. You will assist customers with setting up rental accounts, negotiating rental rates, developing the rental contracts and scheduling transportation for the rented equipment.Primary Responsibilities:Answers customer inquiries on a walk-in or call-in basisUses effective communication skills to promote and sell products and servicesSuccessfully negotiates rental rates and pricing to achieve desired market share and profitabilityDispatches driversHandles customer complaints successfully in a professional mannerAdheres to all customer care standardsActively cares and advocates safety at Yancey Bros CoWorks within Cat Dealer Network to locate and re-rent fleet to meet customer needsWorks within and promotes corporate vision, mission, and values of the organizationCoordinates maintenance and repairs as necessary for the rental fleet assetsEnsures that all customer damage is properly charged to the responsible customerAdditional Responsibilities:Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.Additional duties as assigned by manager.To be successful in this position you should have a strong desire to help people, be organized and able to follow set processes. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service.
